About the opportunity
We are seeking experienced
Senior Associate - Partners
with a minimum 10 years PAE to take on a leadership role and become a valuable member of our growing national family law team.
As a Senior Lawyer based in either our
Melbourne
or
Sydney
offices, you will join a successful team of lawyers, and you will add value by providing the highest standard of services and professional legal advice working alongside an excellent legal team.
About you
This is a great opportunity for an experienced and Senior Lawyer looking to grow their practice or an established Partner who is looking for a more collaborative firm environment. Strong Associate level candidates interested in partnership opportunities with a proven track record of business development will also be considered for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and mentor a team and contribute to the professional development of the team.
- Play an active role in business development, including networking, marketing, and driving initiatives
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services, compliance with legal requirements, and adherence to best practices within the firm.
- Contribute to the firm's strategy and work with senior management on achieving business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Requirements
- Exceptional technical skills.
- Referral base and strong networking capabilities.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Desire to be part of a friendly team to achieve great results.
- Experience working in a similar role.
- 10 years + PAE.
