We are seeking a proactive and people-focused People Partner to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in supporting BHN's leaders and employees. Working closely with the P&C Business Partners, this role is the first point of contact for day-to-day people matters – from employee relations to performance, policy, recruitment, and wellbeing.

As a trusted partner, you'll help drive a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture by delivering expert advice, responsive support, and consistent service across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate HR professional looking to build strong partnerships and make a meaningful impact.
