About the organisation

SHK is a national People Advisory firm with a market-leading Outplacement and Career Management business. Supported by exceptional client and participant Net Promoter Score feedback and ISO 9001 accreditation, our approach is highly personalised, evidence-based, and outcomes-driven. Since 2007, SHK has supported thousands of individuals to navigate change and maximise their potential, while enabling organisations to adapt, thrive, and protect their culture and identity. Due to emerging technologies and significant global changes in the world of work, we are currently partnering with organisations to navigate one of the most complex workforce transformations in our lifetime.

About the role

Due to continued growth and demand for our services, we are seeking Partners to join our dynamic and innovative national team. These senior client-facing positions combine B2B business development, and strategic client account management, focusing on delivering outcomes for individuals and organisations undergoing change.

As an Outplacement & Career Management Partner, you will leverage existing C-Suite relationships while forging new connections to successfully support organisations and their employees through transition, utilising SHK's proprietary technology portals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the SHK team to innovate and enhance service offerings in a rapidly growing market. These Partner roles will be pivotal in shaping the future of outplacement and career management in Australia.

About you

You have a proven track record in business development and client partnerships from outplacement/career transition/career management, people advisory/human capital, or an executive search professional ready to apply your C-suite relationships in a purpose-led advisory role. You build enduring, trust-based partnerships with CEOs and Chief People Officers, combining commercial acumen with empathy to guide organisations and individuals through complex change. Credible at the executive level, you influence senior stakeholders, balance strategic client advisory with thoughtful business growth, and are collaborative, values-driven, and outcomes-focused. You're motivated by shaping careers, supporting leaders through transition, and helping organisations adapt to the dynamic future of work.
