We are looking for someone with high attention to detail to oversee our accounts payable and accounts receivables. This role will require someone with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and maintain accurate data between our systems.

· Manage end-to-end AP and AR

· Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoice, payments and receipts.

· Maintaining Vendor records

· Perform reconciliations liaising with suppliers and resolving discrepancies

· Monitor aging reports and manage credit control and collections

· Prepare and analyze financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.

· Respond to supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.

· Perform Daily bank Reconciliation

· Process employee expenses in a timely manner

· Generate ABA files for supplier payments

· Co-ordinate daily timesheet data and approved by management
