Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering Sales Targets & Generation of new sales leads.
  • Office admin to maintain member communication and proficiency.
  • Talking with potential & existing members about their health & fitness goals to maintain great relationships within the club.
  • Assisting in creating a fun, positive club culture.
  • Pro-actively building our brand awareness in the community through outreach and social media platforms.
  • Ensuring club housekeeping standards are maintained.

Ideally, you will have:

  • A passion for health & fitness.
  • A welcoming and friendly personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • A focus on and highly developed customer service skills.
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Police check, Working with Children Check (or willing to attain)
