We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join the New Women and Babies Hospital Team in Perth In this role, you will effectively be responsible for managing all commercial and contract matters on allocated subcontracts for the project.

Webuild is the preferred bidder for the design and construction of the Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. This landmark project will replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and expand services and choice for women, newborns and families, delivering lasting benefits and a positive legacy for the people of Western Australia.

Your focus will include:
- Comply with Operating Standards throughout project delivery and ensure Operating Standards relating to subcontracting are always adhered to
- Support internal stakeholders with tendering, negotiation and formation of assigned subcontracts
- Assist with the project subcontracting strategy for assigned subcontracts
- Partner with internal management and stakeholders to review project budget and ensure adequate allocation to subcontracts to reflect subcontracting strategy on project
- Effective administration of all subcontracts to optimise earnings on project
- Assist with preparation of all claims and variations for the adjustment of compensation and time under the head contract and assigned subcontracts
- Assist with the management and resolution of all claims with subcontractors / suppliers in accordance with Contract Formation and Administration Operating Standards
What you will bring to the team:
- Tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, law, construction management and economics (CM&E) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Demonstrated experience as a contracts administrator or commercial/ contracts advisor on building projects.
- Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and a desire to drive outcomes.
