About the Role

As a Casual Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and professionalexperience. Your responsibilities will include:

Front Desk Management – Greeting clients with a warm and friendly approach

Appointment Scheduling – Managing bookings through our secure scheduling system

Phone & Email Enquiries – Handling client questions with professionalism

Billing & Payments – Processing payments and invoices accurately

Administrative Support – Assisting practitioners with reports, data entry, and clinic organisation

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanour

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Previous experience in reception, admin, or customer service (preferred, but not essential)

Interest in health & wellness (advantageous but not required)
