Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an ambitious and career driven candidate to join our fast paced and reputable firm. This position will provide a fantastic opportunity to further develop and showcase your skills. Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • File management
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Liaising with clients and insurers
  • Assisting lawyers
  • Answering & making calls
  • Arranging meetings and conferences
  • Calendar management
  • Data entry
  • Invoicing
  • Accounting
  • General administrative duties

Skills and Experience:

Please note: This position is not suitable for law students or law graduates

To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience in a support role, preferably in a law firm. Candidates with exposure to litigation will be highly regarded. In addition, you will possess the following qualities and experience:

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong time management, problem solving, and organisational skills
  • Professional and confident written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and personable attitude
  • The ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong MS Office and computer skills
  • Familiarity with diary and email management
  • The confidence to work autonomously and as a team player
  • Ability to multi-task
