Due to the rapid growth of our business in Melbourne, we are looking for an Onsite Property Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will work under the guidance and support of our Managing Director and other team members to perform onsite tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Inspect potential properties and report the feature to the senior manager
  • Book lift with building manager for moving in
  • Collect keys from the real estate agency
  • Complete entry condition report for new properties
  • Work with removalist to setup new properties
  • Setup internet in the new properties
  • Take photograph of new properties
  • Show property to prospective tenants
  • Key handover to the tenants after hours
  • Attend the property to check the maintenance issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Conduct final inspection after the tenants move out
  • Order furniture and appliances online
  • Manage the stock level in warehouse
  • Answer calls and reply to emails
  • Other general tasks as required

What are we looking for?

  • Full time availability - available to work outside usual hours when required (Weekends, Evenings and Public Holidays)
  • Live close to Melbourne CBD
  • Ability to speak and write Chinese is a must
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workflow
  • Have strong customer service skills and a positive "can do" attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to learn and progress in your career
  • Be consistent and highly reliable
  • The ability to build strong relationships with real estate agencies, contractors and tenants
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Have driver license and own car is preferable but not a must
