The Opportunity

We are looking for qualified and experienced Trainers & Assessors to deliver and assess the CHC42021 Certificate IV in Community Services. This role offers flexibility with classroom and online delivery options and the chance to work with both domestic and international learners.

Employment Type: Part-Time

Delivery Mode: Face-to-face (Fortitude Valley campus) & Online

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and compliant training sessions (classroom & virtual).
  • Assess student work in line with training package requirements and RTO policies.
  • Provide timely feedback, mentoring, and academic support.
  • Develop, adapt, and maintain learning and assessment resources.
  • Contribute to validation, moderation, and course improvement activities.
  • Support student progress, ensuring compliance with ASQA and CRICOS standards.
  • Assist with audit preparation and participate in industry consultation activities when required.
  • Manage student records accurately and confidentially.

What We're Looking For

  • Mandatory: TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  • A relevant qualification in Community Services (minimum Cert IV).
  • Recent industry experience to demonstrate currency in the sector.
  • Previous experience teaching both domestic and international students is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver online training via platforms such as Zoom and Moodle.
  • Must be able to provide (or obtain) a current Police Check.
  • Driver's licence preferred.
