Are you a highly motivated and reliable training professional with a passion for developing people and improving operational outcomes?

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Workplace Trainer Assessor (Either days a month or Full Time).

Essential selection criteria include:

  • Proven Industry experience working in manufacturing environments.
  • Proven background in delivering workplace training and assessment
  • Formal qualifications Certificate III or IV in Process manufacturing and / or Certificate IV in Competitive Systems and Practices (CSP)
  • Formal qualification TAE40116 / TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor)

Or

  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:

    TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and

    TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B
