to join our Brisbane (Banyo QLD 4014) office as an Administrative Assistant.

No prior experience is needed - we'll train you on everything, from using our software to handling supplier communications. You'll gain hands-on experience across the entire business and work directly with the founders and our tight-knit team (Dhil, Justin, Zeik, Paige, and Stu).
Role Overview:
This is a permanent, secure role with preferred hours of Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
We understand university and or other commitments, so if you're the right fit, we can make 4 days a week work. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team
who get things done
while having a laugh along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer service emails daily, clearing the inbox and attending to all queries.
- Prepare quotes and respond to product inquiries.
- Troubleshoot complaints and work with our factories/manufacturers to arrange suitable solutions or spare parts.
- Print and organise shipping labels for the warehouse manager to pick orders.
- Prepare purchase orders and assist with operating Cin7 software - full training provided.
- Liaise with suppliers and freight companies as required.
- General administrative tasks as needed to support the VULCAN Fitness team.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong written communication skills and a professional but friendly tone.
- High attention to detail and great organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn and confidence to ask questions.
- Comfortable using admin software (experience with Microsoft Office/Excel, Shopify, Cin7, or similar is a bonus, but not required).
- Someone who enjoys an active lifestyle and is interested in health & fitness (you'll fit right in with our team culture).
