Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced e-commerce specialist to manage our online store, including product listings, stock updates, discounts, and customer orders.

This role involves managing accounts in Xero for invoices and payments, overseeing inventory and order fulfillment for wholesale and retail customers, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E-commerce management using Shopify.
  • Manage accounts in Xero for invoicing and payments.
  • Oversee inventory and order fulfillment for wholesale and retail customers.
Supplier and Product Management:
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage international relationships.
  • Assist in new product development and research from concept to launch.
Sales and Customer Relationships:
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current wholesale accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service for wholesale and retail enquiries.
Brand and Marketing Support:
  • Assist with content creation for social media and coordinate newsletters and campaigns.
  • Support events, pop-ups, and community activations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in e-commerce and online retail operations.
  • Proficient in Shopify and Xero for invoicing and accounts.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
