OverviewJoin to apply for the E-Commerce Analyst - Remote role at Eagle Family Foods.The E-Commerce Analyst is responsible for managing Eagle's E-Commerce business including identifying and implementing the overall digital strategy, while managing the day to day operations with focus on achieving sales and profitability goals.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and implement the overall digital strategy as it relates to the E-Commerce businessManage day to day Amazon & Instacart operations with focus on achieving and exceeding sales and profitability goals: product setup, catalog auditing & management, operational platform management, promotional strategy & execution, brand registry & IP managementDiscover, explore and recommend new opportunities, tools and ideas which will drive sales, visibility and efficiencies on the platform for the growth of the Ecommerce channelWork closely with marketing teams and agency partners on digital shelf execution & management: proper syndication of assets, PDP content, A+/enhanced content, SEO optimized copy, and ratings/reviews on ecommerceEnhance performance on retailers sitesEnsure compliance by categories across the Eagle Family Foods portfolioAnalyze category and product trends and translate them to executable strategiesAct as resource for broader sales team for the top 5-10 retailer.com accounts (including Walmart.com, Kroger.com, Target.com, SamsClub.com, Albertsons.com, etc.) to create actionable retailer.com ecommerce growth plansMiscellaneous duties as assigned by managementQualificationsE-Commerce marketplace management experience requiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline strongly preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in sales/account management strongly preferredNational account retail sales experience for a CPG company preferredCustomer Systems/Portal experience preferredProject management skills preferredThorough knowledge of retail E-Commerce activities, including promotions, financials and operations requiredThorough knowledge of online retailer policies/procedures requiredThorough knowledge in digital marketing, such as developing and implementing advertising programs and merchandising tactics requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) highly preferredAdvanced analytics and eCommerce software/platform experience (Vendor Central, Syndigo, Profitero, etc.) highly preferredHigh-level proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software requiredExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills requiredEffective communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex concepts to diverse audiencesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, IRI) and familiarity with retail execution tools is highly preferredThe employee is occasionally expected to travel (approximately 15%) to customer and sales meetings.Additional InformationEagle Foods will provide reasonable accommodation to allow an employee to perform the essential functions of the job.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
