Senior E-commerce Manager

We are currently seeking an e-commerce professional who will be pivotal in driving top-tier performance across our online platforms. Collaborating closely with local management, the primary role will be to provide expert e-commerce management, support, and services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our key e-commerce platforms, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Amplience and Monetate.
- Develop and implement strategies focused on improving conversion rates.
- Manage pricing in line with the pricing and merchandise teams.
- Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with relevant standards and practices.
- Regularly analyse e-commerce metrics and data.
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years' experience in e-commerce.
- 1+ year experience in managing a team.
- Proficiency with platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Amplience and Monetate.
- Demonstrated experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), with a proven track record of improving online sales and customer engagement.
