Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall digital strategy for e-commerce operations
  • Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon and Instacart platforms, focusing on sales and profitability goals
  • Discover and explore new opportunities, tools, and ideas to drive sales and efficiency
  • Work closely with marketing teams and agency partners to execute digital shelf management strategies
  • Enhance performance on retailers' sites, ensuring compliance across categories
  • Analyze category and product trends to develop executable strategies
  • Support broader sales team in creating actionable retailer.com ecommerce growth plans

Qualifications:

  • E-commerce marketplace management experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/account management preferred
  • National account retail sales experience for a CPG company preferred
  • Customer Systems/Portal experience preferred
  • Project management skills preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of retail E-commerce activities, financials, and operations required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) highly preferred
  • Advanced analytics and eCommerce software/platform experience highly preferred
