The Heritage Precinct is home to Parramatta's most iconic hospitality experiences — Heritage Lounge, Le Cheval, and Oribu. We're looking for a VIP Host to be the face of our venues, someone who can light up the room, make every guest feel like a VIP, and confidently drive sales on the floor.

What You'll Do


• Welcome and host guests with warmth, style, and professionalism


• Build lasting relationships and nurture repeat clientele


• Confidently recommend premium cocktails, whiskies, cigars, and dining experiences


• Work the floor with charisma — creating memorable moments while maximising sales

What We're Looking For

A natural people-person with a bubbly, confident personality

Experience in hospitality, luxury sales, or premium venues

Knowledge of cocktails, whisky, and high-end spirits (or eagerness to master it)

A polished, professional presence and persuasive charm

Ability to upsell and drive revenue without losing authenticity
