The Role:

We are currently seeking experienced Data Entry/Sales Support, on a casual basis.

To be successful in this role you will be a team player, adaptable and someone who is comfortable of rolling your sleeves up but at the same time seeing the bigger picture. You will enjoy a dynamic environment, operating with a degree of autonomy and the challenge of broad responsibility and variety.

Duties will include:

  • Answering phones and assisting customers with their inquiries.
  • Assist accounts and sales team to onboard new customer pricing and credit applications.
  • Coordinate and collate customer orders for daily production.
  • Accurately recording and inputting customer orders in our software system.
  • Collection and collation of various weights and pricing.
  • Organizing daily delivery manifest for dispatch team.
  • Raising customer invoices.
  • Electronically document received stock.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team.
  • General office duties.

Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Pleasant phone manner, ability to effectively communicate with customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to problem solve, suggest and offer alternative systems to increase efficiency in the Foodservice/sales division.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
