Sales Representative – Hit the Road with Beach and Bush Distributors

This role is based in Coffs Harbour | Covering from South West Rocks to Grafton

Monday - Coffs Harbour and local areas

Tuesday - Dorrigo to Urunga

Wednesday - South West Rocks to Nambucca Heads

Thursday - Grafton and Ulmarra

Friday - Coffs Harbour (Every 2nd Friday is a meeting in Goonellabah at our office and warehouse from 1pm till 4 pm)

Ready to take your sales career on the road with one of the Northern Rivers' top distributors of drinks, snacks, and sweet treats? Beach and Bush Distributors is on the lookout for a people-loving, self-motivated go-getter to join our dynamic Sales Team

You'll be the face of our business for a loyal group of customers across some of the region's most beautiful spots. You'll be out and about each day, building relationships, boosting sales, and helping local businesses grow – all while backed by an experienced, supportive team.


What's in it for you?

  • Base Salary: $60,000 PLUS Superannuation
  • Uncapped Bonuses: You could earn $24k–$30k extra per year

  • 38–42 hours/week – full-time role with consistency and variety

A bit about the role:

  • Work independently on the road while staying connected with our tight-knit team of 6 other Sales Reps
  • You'll have your own set of customers to visit weekly or fortnightly
  • Chat face-to-face with customers, take orders, introduce new products & promos, and help sort the occasional overdue invoice
  • Think of yourself as a business partner to your customers – someone they trust and rely on
  • Get involved in the fun stuff too – like our Annual Awards Night each February and a couple of other events during the year (with plenty of notice, of course)

What we're looking for:

  • A team player who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed
  • Someone curious, open to learning, and ready to grow with us
  • Sales experience is great – but not essential. If you've got the right attitude, we'll train you up
