If you're searching for a pathway into Real Estate Sales, then a Sales Associates Role with One Agency Coffs Harbour is the perfect place for you to start.

This is a junior role, aimed at developing team members over a 6 to 18-month period, into a sales position.

Dallas is a recent successful graduate in the Smartre group and is now thriving in sales – involved in over 50 sales within his first twelve months.

The training we expose you to involves selling, marketing, personal planning and prospecting.
