If you're searching for a pathway into Real Estate Sales, then a Sales Associates Role with One Agency Coffs Harbour is the perfect place for you to start.

This is a junior role, aimed at developing team members over a 6 to 18-month period, into a sales position.

The role is full-time, and you will be working alongside our high-performing leader.

Our Associate position provides you with the best real estate sales training available. You will learn every piece of knowledge and skill needed to eventually move into and succeed within a sales career.

Dallas is a recent successful graduate in the Smartre group and is now thriving in sales – involved in over 50 sales within his first twelve months.

The training we expose you to involves selling, marketing, personal planning and prospecting.
