Coffs Harbour – Operations Administration Support (Part-Time)

Looking for a role that fits around school hours or other commitments? Join our friendly Coffs Harbour team at our Regional Head Office and be part of the backbone that keeps our freight operations moving.

This is a part-time position, Monday to Friday, with core hours of 9:00am – 3:30pm (up to 6 hours a day). For the right person, we're open to discussing some flexibility around these hours.

What you'll be doing:

As an Operations Support team member, you'll help keep our customer service and office operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing friendly and professional support to customers via phone and email
  • Booking and tracking freight, while coordinating with agents and drivers to resolve issues quickly
  • Handling general admin tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling
  • Preparing and maintaining KPI reports to help the team track performance
  • Monitoring and following up on outstanding customer or supplier queries
  • Assisting team members and management with ad-hoc projects and tasks

What you'll bring:

  • Great communication and a helpful attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Confidence using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office)
  • Previous customer service or logistics experience (a bonus but not essential)

Approx. 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday – perfect for someone wanting part-time work with consistent hours and a team-focused environment.
