Sales Professional
to take ownership of sales success across two flagship Sydney communities —
Cardinal Freeman in Epping
and
our brand-new Castle Hill development launching in early 2026
.

If you're a confident property professional with a strong background in
off-the-plan residential or development sales
, this is your chance to represent premium, architect-designed communities and help residents start the next chapter of their lives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full customer journey, from enquiry through to settlement, with warmth, insight and commercial focus.
  • Drive enquiry conversion and achieve strong sales results in line with village targets.
  • Build authentic relationships with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through a trusted sales process.
  • Partner with marketing, development and operations teams to bring Levande's new communities to life.

What You'll Bring

  • A proven track record of success in off-the-plan, project or residential development sales.
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Professional presentation, commercial acumen and strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce experience ideal).
  • Real estate licence or relevant qualification.
