Hartalega comprises a workforce of over 7,000 people across 7 dedicated manufacturing facilities and sales offices located in ANZ, Asia and India.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and driven Area Manager to join our sales team. This is a full-time, remote role with responsibility for business development, account management and relationship-building across NSW/ACT. You'll be pivotal in expanding Mun's customer base, supporting our distribution network, and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across diverse healthcare industries.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers and end users.
  • Drive sales and promotional activities, including trade displays and distributor engagement.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across your territory.
  • Champion Mun's educational offering by delivering tailored training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records to support pipeline management.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in medical consumable sales in hospitals, aged care, dental, or primary care.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to deliver professional education sessions.
  • A self-starter with excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a broader sales and marketing team.
  • Proficient in reporting, documentation, and CRM management.
  • Tertiary qualification in Medical, Science, Business or a related field is preferred.
  • A current driver's licence and the ability to travel as required.
