Education - Tertiary Qualification

Earn $29.59 per hour plus commissions;
- 20 hours per week, working from home with flexibility to work more hours upon request;
- Must be available to work Monday to Thursday.

We require a motivated individual to join our exciting team. You will be required to make cold B2B telephone calls during business hours, with the intention of signing up businesses to undertake our specialised review service.

As the primary sales consultant, you would be expected to work independently and have the confidence and ability to generate a high level of sales.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Make a high volume of outbound sales calls
- Facilitate the sales process from initial contact to formal sign up
- Provide weekly progress reports to the Manager
- Experience in cold calling
- Exposure to Insurance Industry products/services (preferable)
- No Caller Reluctance
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Confident speaker
- Have the ability to continually meet and exceed set targets
- Honest & trustworthy
- Have a professional and friendly phone manner
- Competent computer literacy, specifically in Outlook & Excel
- Objection handling skills
- Confidence in yourself to succeed
- Ability to build credibility & rapport quickly
- Self motivated
- Resilient with an attitude to face challenging situations positively

This position has the potential to become a permanent ongoing arrangement (under contract depending on initial performance) for the successful applicant. We will also provide you with a laptop and mobile phone for your flexibility.
