We are seeking a dedicated, passionate and experienced property manager who displays a "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to provide utmost service.

The successful candidate will contribute the effective management of a rental portfolio located within close proximity from the office.

Duties of this role include;

·      Review the routine inspection reports and send them to the landlords.

·      Conduct ingoing inspection, outgoing inspection and routine inspection, generate inspection reports.

·      Attend bond claims and bond refunds according to outgoing inspection conditions.

·      Attend NCAT hearings if necessary.

·      Conduct rent reviews regularly and chase arrears daily.

·      Manage and delegate maintenance between landlord, tradespersons and tenant.

·      Preparation and submission of Insurance Claims.

Skills and Requirements

·      Property Management experience

·      Qualification in Residential Property Management, Property Services or similar.

·      Reliable car and valid driver's license

·      High level of professionalism and enthusiasm

·      Follow Protocol and Procedures including completion of in-house checklists

·      High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
