An exciting opportunity has become available join an innovative and recognised leader in the Australian building and home improvement industry Working in our showroom, you will listen to customers' needs, provide solutions and sell our amazing range of products.

You will be working with as part of our collaborative Retail Team, and benefit from support and Stratco training to ensure success in the role This is a full-time rostered position including Saturday shifts.

The right candidate will be competitively remunerated (based on relevant skills and experience).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working in our Home Improvement Store, providing excellent customer service and selling goods
  • Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
  • Guiding customers through the design process
  • Assisting customers to find innovative design solutions utilising CAD software
  • Prepare accurate and timely project quotations
  • Maintaining store stock levels and general housekeeping to ensure our store is always presentable
  • Participation in training and personal development sessions
  • Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies, ensuring a safe working environment

  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
  • Experience within a similar environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy
  • A commitment to excellence and self-development
  • Previous design consulting or building experience highly desirable, but not necessary (CAD skills an advantage)
