Part-Time Administration Assistant

About the role

Q & O Plumbing are looking for a highly capable Administration Assistant to join our growing team.  Our site office is based in Charlemont where you would assist in administrative processes and support the Office Manager.

This position would initially be part time 2 days a week with the possibility of more days to follow.

Requirements:

  • Good work ethic and passionate about performing quality work
  • You are self-motivated, able to show initiative, can identify priorities and organise your time.
  • Preferably have experience in the construction industry
  • Sound computer skills (experience in Xero an advantage)
  • The ability to work with and contribute to the team
  • Excellent Communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties
  • Accurate data entry
  • Payroll processing
  • Management of accounts payable and receivable using Xero
  • Lodging equipment and employees into online portals
  • Raising monthly claims and maintaining claim schedules
  • Maintain all OHS and internal management system documentation

This position has the potential to expand to more days as the workload increases.
