About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across territory within NSW. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing key accounts, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage regional sales activities to achieve revenue targets within your territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Provide coaching and support to customer service and support teams.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
About You:
Proven experience in driving sales, preferably in fire, safety, or industrial sectors.
Experience in managing government clients and contracts.
Experience in capital sales.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to bring a culturally positive impact to our business.
Ability to lead, motivate, and work as a cohesive member of a team.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, or a related field are desirable.
