About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across territory within NSW. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing key accounts, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage regional sales activities to achieve revenue targets within your territory.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

  • Provide coaching and support to customer service and support teams.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

About You:

  • Proven experience in driving sales, preferably in fire, safety, or industrial sectors.

  • Experience in managing government clients and contracts.

  • Experience in capital sales.

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to bring a culturally positive impact to our business.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and work as a cohesive member of a team.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, or a related field are desirable.
