The Client:
Our Client, TouchBio Australia, pioneers the development, manufacturing, and importation of medical devices and eco-friendly hygiene products. The product range includes at-home testing devices and long-lasting sanitising solutions, designed to revolutionise health practices while prioritising safety and environmental sustainability.
The Role:
This role will see you represent TouchBio to maximise their ability to reach customers across Australia to introduce innovative products to pharmacy, grocery, and targeted sectors.
To do this you will undertake the following functions: -
- Proactively contact customers in the Pharmacy, grocery, and other targeted sectors across Australia by phone in a work from home set-up.
- Educate new and existing customers on TouchBio products.
- Gain commitment from customers for sales orders and product placement.
- Support Field Sales team as required.
- Update and maintain information for reporting.
- Work approx. 22-25hrs per week across 4-5 weekdays. The successful applicant must be able to work start/finish times suitable for east coast based customers.
- Paid for every minute worked.
- Receive great training & support.
- Part of a national team of like-minded individuals.
You:
- Previous successful telesales background.
- Track record of successful telephone-based engagement and relationship building with customers with sales success.
- Intelligent and can manage multiple customers at various stages of the sales cycle.
- Confident using technology.
- A fast learner with a genuine willingness to achieve outstanding results.
- Needing and seeking to work 22-25 hrs across 4 - 5 days, majority of time is within school hours = perfect balance.
- And most importantly have an infectious personality and a real desire to work and have fun.
