Join a well-established Business Services accounting firm based in Subiaco, WA. The Practice's primary focus is business services, tax consulting and management advice. We're looking for an organised, reliable and detail oriented individual to provide essential administrative support to thepractice, ensuring the efficient operation of the team.

The Role

Reporting to our Business Services Directors, your role will include supporting our team with compliance, administration, and record-keeping, for both the practice and its clients.  Your duties will include assisting with the following tasks:

  • Assisting with the practice's invoicing system & debtor management.
  • Supporting the rollout of new systems and software and maintenance of the practice's client databases.
  • Assisting with the management of the ASIC and related corporate affairs matters on behalf of clients.
  • Various project tasks as required and supporting the professional services team and directors.
  • General administration tasks and management.

What you will bring to this role:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.

  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work on time.

  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work independently
  • A high level of verbal and written communication skills is required.
  • Experience in financial administration and/or bookkeeping would be beneficial (otherwise training will be provided where these items are required in time).
