Make an Impact by Keeping two Leaders Focused on What Matters
Step into a newly created role where your exceptional organisational skills and professional presence will enable two senior leaders to focus on driving Horizon Power's vision. As the Administrative Coordinator, you'll act as a trusted facilitator and right hand to two senior leaders.
This is a unique opportunity to partner with two senior leaders - streamlining schedules and driving priorities to deliver outstanding business and stakeholder outcomes. Success in this role means staying one step ahead - proactively anticipating the needs of our senior leaders, guiding priorities with confidence, and empowering them to focus on what matters most by delivering clarity and driving momentum.
Your Contribution at a Glance
- Manage complex calendars with competing priorities, scheduling meetings, appointments, travel and resolving conflicts.
- Serve as the first point of contact for both leaders, always demonstrating professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.
- Prepare both leaders for success with agendas, documents, briefing notes and stakeholder packs in advance.
- Triage and monitor correspondence, flag critical issues, and draft high quality communications on behalf of senior leaders.
- Manage confidential matters with professionalism, ensuring sensitive information is handled with care and discretion.
The Qualities that Make You Shine
- Proven experience providing high level administrative support to senior leaders or executives.
- Exceptional calendar and travel management skills with the ability to balance complex and shifting priorities.
- Demonstrable ability to remain composed and solutions focused in high pressure environments, managing competing priorities and shifting demands.
- A proactive mindset, self-sufficient with meticulous attention to detail. With the capability to engage confidently and professionally in high level interactions with senior leaders and government stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with experience drafting correspondence, briefing notes, and presentations.
