Role Overview:

As part of the capSpire International leadership team, you will play a key role in developing and leading a strategy of growth in capSpire Australia. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner of capSpire International, you will have overall accountability for driving the Australian business to achieve strategic objectives while delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring operational excellence. There is a significant New Business element to the role, and coming from a similar role with a consultancy focused on the Energy and Commodities domain is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

● Define and implement growth strategy for capSpire Australia - P&L owner

● Define and implement capSpire Australia's positioning based on the three core pillars - Advisory, Technology Implementation, and Technology Operations Support

●      Responsible for delivery on growth targets for revenue and margin

● Lead business development across targeted industries - gas & power, LNG, oil, metals & mining, ags, for example

● Ensure growth of an effective onshore organisation, in addition to leveraging capSpire's offshore delivery organisation and be responsible for setting and monitoring quality standards for client delivery

● Liaise with capSpire leadership to ensure tight integration with the overall business

● Recruit and train all new staff

● Monitor and manage employee performance

● Work with capSpire Human Resources team to ensure all necessary employee processes operate efficiently and cost-effectively.

Your Skills & Experience:

The role requires 10+ years of experience in a consulting role at a Senior Manager/Director/Partner level. You will have strong experience in Consultative Selling, Delivery Oversight, and Solutioning Oversight in an Energy/Commodity Trading context. You will bring extensive knowledge of and experience with Energy and Commodity Trading technology landscapes in addition to broad commodity and local/global market knowledge.

Additionally:

● You will have a broad network across market participants in addition to relationships across the vendor landscape that serves the wholesale energy and commodity marketplace.

● You will have experience in delivering operating model design for trading organisations.

● You will have experience of leading business and IT transformation programmes.

● You will have experience of design and implementation of advanced analytics platforms for trading organisations.
