About the Company

With a changing of the generational guard, we are seeking a new Managing Director. Based in Mt Kuring-gai in the north of Sydney, we are looking for a passionate person to fulfil this role. We sell industrial packaging machines and consumables to all Australian Industries. As part of a wider global organisation this Australian arm works autonomously to achieve outcomes for the group.

About the Role

The successful candidate needs to have industrial experience and a sales background. We will consider a person currently in a Sales Director role looking to take the next step, or a suitable senior executive. The role includes Interstate and overseas travel, necessary to maintain and grow relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Take the business to great heights addressing the challenges of today and tomorrow.
  • Maintain the passion for sales and customers.
  • Travel interstate and overseas to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Industrial experience
  • Sales background

Required Skills

  • Experience in a Sales Director role or suitable senior executive position.

Preferred Skills

  • Passion for sales and customer relationships.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary will be commensurate with experience but a package of circa $450K is available.

Interviews will be held across September and October with a view to commencing in January 2026.
