We are seeking a Process Improver to identify, analyse, and implement improvements across our manufacturing and operational processes. This is a hands-on role that will directly impact efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

About the Role

As a Process Improver, you will:

  • Conduct workflow analysis, time studies, and process mapping.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve throughput and reduce waste.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Support ERP system utilization and implementation.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to deliver measurable results.

About You

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 3–5 years' experience in process improvement or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (implementation experience advantageous).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
