About The Role

The Contract Manager - Cleaning is responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • To oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations according to contractual requirements
  • Managing, training and mentoring staff
  • Management of labour, rosters and consumable budget
  • Attending monthly review meetings and report preparation
  • Actively promoting a positive and safe work environment,
  • Building and maintaining effective client relationships including problem solving
  • Communication and compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Sales and business development

*** Occasional weekend work may be required.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need to have;

  • At least 3 years of cleaning management experience, leading mid/large teams on various shifts
  • Previous experience developing and maintaining client relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task while having high attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and initiative skills
  • Numeracy and budgeting ability
  • Sound computer literacy
