Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage the internal sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor and drive sales performance, providing coaching and support to team members to maximize results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the processing of customer orders, quotes, and inquiries to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including external sales and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a professional and timely manner.

To be successful in this role you need to:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using sales systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
