Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Sales representative, located in Newcastle, NSW. The Internal Sales representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales orders. Day-to-day tasks include processing transactions, and collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Familiarity with building supplies and construction industry is a plus
  • Previous experience in a sales role or experience in construction is preferred
