About Us

Presto Property Solutions delivers comprehensive property management and improvement services across Sydney, specialising in end-to-end residential and commercial projects. Our skilled team provides everything from pre-packing, removals, and interior or exterior painting to garden makeovers, landscaping, flooring, and handyman repairs. We also offer professional cleaning services, including pressure washing, gutter and window cleaning, and regular home maintenance to keep properties in pristine condition.

As our operations continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated Full-Time Office Manager to join our professional team in North Ryde and support the coordination of our expanding service network.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office workflow.

· Manage and maintain staff rostering to ensure adequate coverage across all teams and job sites.

· Coordinate and oversee client bookings, scheduling services efficiently while maintaining strong communication with customers.

· Handle staff timesheets, verify hours worked, and prepare payroll information for processing.

· Assist with recruitment and advertising, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records, including leave, availability, and performance notes.

· Manage office correspondence, emails, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.

· Support management with preparation of quotes, invoices, and project documentation as required.

· Order and maintain office supplies, uniforms, and equipment inventory.

· Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed across all departments.

· Provide administrative support to the Director and assist with general business operations as needed.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office administration or management.

· Diploma qualification in business administration or equivalent experience.

· Strong coordination, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional and approachable manner.

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
