Casual, Part Time, and Permanent positions are available, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle while you make a real difference.

About the role:

  • Support customers to build and maintain independence.
  • Provide personal care, including bowel care, manual handling (using a range of equipment), feeding, medication, dressing, toileting, and showering.
  • Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, shopping, and community access activities.

What you will need:

  • Cert III in Individual Support (desirable but not essential)
  • Demonstrated commitment to meeting the unique needs of each customer
  • Ability to build positive relationships and support individual care plans and goals
  • Flexibility to workdays, nights, and weekends
  • Experience with customers with intellectual disability, high physical support, and medical needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Hold (or a willingness to obtain):
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)

University students studying nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy, medicine and occupational therapy are also encouraged to apply to join our growing Health team
