Agent Admin offers a range of done-for-you administration services to real estate agencies across Melbourne and interstate.

Being a key member of our expanding team you will have the opportunity to work right alongside some of the most exciting, dynamic and forward thinking agencies. We are fortunate to have been chosen to manage the administration and accounts operations for some of the most highly regarded agencies primarily dealing in the luxury property sector.

Managing the sales and rental trust accounting operations for a group of clients, the role will be varied with duties spanning:

  • Daily Trust Account Reconciliations
  • Processing Account Sales (Stakeholder, S27s and Settlements)
  • Processing Landlord and Creditor disbursements
  • Entering creditor invoices
  • Refunding Purchaser deposits
  • Releasing Vendor Paid Advertising from Trust
  • End of Month Rollovers
  • Generating Commission Sheets
  • Preparing Commission Statements for Payroll
  • Liaising with clients via email and phone

Our clients use a range of software packages including Box+Dice, Agent Box, PropertyMe, PropertyTree, Xero and MYOB. You will be provided with full training on all systems involved in the role however prior experience would be advantageous.

  • Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate

Our modern office is located in the beautiful suburb of Armadale, Melbourne close to cafes, shops and transport with the train station within metres. The role is full-time Monday to Friday (no weekend work), 9.00am to 5.30pm. We work on cloud based systems allowing our team to also work from home remotely.
