**About the Role**:
This is more than a sales associate position — it’s a pathway to becoming a full-time Selling Agent. You'll work directly with the **Principal**, gaining hands-on experience and mentoring in all facets of the real estate process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Principal with day-to-day tasks and sales preparation
- Support listing presentations, property marketing, and buyer follow-up
- Prospect for new clients and build relationships in the local area
- Coordinate open homes, property viewings, and database management
- Learn sales negotiation, client engagement, and contract processes from the inside out

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Ambitious and self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate industry
- A current Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
