**Key Responsibilities**
As a Sales Assistant/Cadet, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and learning the fundamentals of the business.
- **Sales Support**: Shadow and assist senior agents during property listings, client meetings, and negotiations.
- **Lead Generation**: Help generate new leads through **cold calling, door knocking**, and **database follow-ups**.
- **Marketing Assistance**: Support the coordination of marketing campaigns, open homes, and property inspections.
- **Client Management**: Maintain and update client databases, assist with scheduling, and ensure exceptional client experiences.
- **On-the-Job Learning**: Gain practical experience using industry tools and real estate systems in real scenarios.
