Due to growth within the business, we have an exciting opportunity available for a talented and energetic Sales Database Coordinator to join Marshall White along this exciting period.

Do you love to help train new team members one on one on CRM database systems and processes? Do you get a kick out of problem solving? Whether you are a star administrator in the real estate industry looking for a change or a data dynamo, we will provide full training for this niche role with a market leading premium brand.

Marshall White is a premium real estate agency servicing Boroondara, Stonnington, Bayside, Port Phillip, Manningham & Mornington Peninsula. **Your day-to-day activities will include**
- Manage daily tasks and prioritise workflow
- Weekly reporting & analysis provided to Office Directors
- CRM Committee meeting organisation: creating & sharing agenda, meeting minutes, providing updates on request process
- Organise and actively participate in meetings with Box + Dice on software request progress tracking
- Identify areas of improvement & opportunities within the industry
- Provide CRM training content to the Learning & Development team for online training courses
- Facilitate induction and training for newly onboarded team members and additional training when required
- Action CRM related onboarding and offboarding tasks in a timely manner

**Ideally, to be successful in this role your experience and skills may include**:

- Experience across CRM and business analytics space preferred
- Real Estate experience and interest in the industry (preferred but not essential)
- Previous administration/project handling experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint highly regarded
- Energetic and ability to self-manage prioritise and problem solve
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
