**Real Estate Receptionist & Sales Administrator**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a confident, professional, and highly organised **Receptionist & Sales Administrator** to join our successful team. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of our office and a vital support system for our high-performing sales team, helping streamline property transactions and create exceptional client experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients, answer phones, and provide a welcoming front desk experience
- Support agents in all stages of the sales process, from listing to settlement
- Prepare, manage, and file property transaction documentation with accuracy
- Coordinate appointments, open homes, and follow-ups
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including stock and admin supplies
- Maintain CRM systems and digital records with diligence and confidentiality
- Communicate with clients, conveyancers, and service providers
**Who You Are**:
- A people person with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulously organised with a keen eye for detail
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a real estate or admin role is highly regarded

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
