In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of our delivery operations, ensuring every shipment reaches our customers accurately and on time. You'll use your strong communication skills to build and maintain great relationships with our carriers and clients, ensuring exceptional service is delivered every time.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing client portfolios and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Organizing and tracking inbound and outbound shipments to guarantee prompt delivery.
  • Scheduling deliveries in line with our fleet requirements.
  • Monitoring empty containers and updating customer accounts with the correct information.
  • Resolving issues and communicating any delays to relevant parties.
  • Handling DAWR containers and staying up-to-date on customs compliance.
  • Working with your team to maintain smooth processes and identify ways to reduce transport costs.
