**As a Supply Logistics Assistant..**

..you will be responsible in covering all facets of logistics. You will engage daily with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to, Finance, NPI, Demand Planners, Customer Service, Marketing, 3PL, domestic transport provider (outbound), Port cartage providers (inbound), customs brokers and Exec Management.

You will be across daily inbound and outbound movements and impacts to operational capacity and managing optimum warehouse occupancy levels whilst mitigating exposure to offsite overflow impacts. You will also look after load management, both cubic and weight and the coordination of containers based on urgency and detention free time with both 3PL and Port Cartage provider to ensure NIL exposure to unnecessary cost.

**You will be responsible for**
- Daily reporting of inbound containers
- Liaising between Reckitt, 3PL and Cartage provider (AU and NZ).
- System synchronisation ownership (Reckitt system to align to 3PL provider’s system).
- Invoice verification (activity to rate card).
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Assisting with the preparation of annual stocktakes.
- Local and international collaboration with Account Payable teams for timely vendor payments.
- Short term forecasting of container detention risks (ANZ).
- First point of contact for internal and external stakeholder for Logistics enquiries.
- PROJECT: To create a weekly report that can be shared with internal stakeholders presenting performance into customer from 3PL and domestic transport providers. Break down by customer.
- PROJECT: To create monthly reporting to be shared with Logistics Manager, Supply Services Director and Finance BPs that shows total global volume on SPOT rate per month into ANZ market, it’s container utilization and cost

**You’ll succeed if you have the below..**
- Degree qualified - preferably in Supply Chain Management.
- Knowledge of CoR
- Load planning management
- Fundamental understanding of inward and outward Distribution centre flow.
- Purchase Requisition/Order generation via platform (SAP)
- Goods receipt of services against Purchase Order
- Domestic transport network (road and rail)
- MS Excel (advanced)
