About the Roles:

We currently have opportunities for experienced Logistics Administrators to join busy logistics operations based in Gepps Cross and Regency Park. These roles support fast-paced environments, providing critical coordination across warehousing, inventory, transport, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing freight bookings and managing delivery schedules
  • Coordinating with warehouse and transport teams
  • Liaising with customers and clients to confirm orders
  • Completing transport paperwork and documentation
  • Data entry and reporting using ERP or WMS systems

About You:

We're looking for organised and proactive professionals who are:

  • Experienced in logistics or supply chain administration
  • Strong communicators with excellent coordination skills
  • Detail-focused and efficient under pressure
  • Confident using systems like SAP, Pronto, or similar
  • Reliable, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running
