Your new role

In your new role as a Procurement & Purchasing Administrator you will become a vital member of a business located in the Western Suburbs. As a Procurement & Purchasing Administrator, you will play a key role in a reputable organisation, with responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

  • Generating and maintaining PO's, ensuring all details are correct
  • Supplier Order Confirmations, updating PO's accordingly with pricing, delivery terms, qualities etc
  • Document Management for easy reference and audit compliance
  • Order Tracking and Data Management, monitoring and updating PO delivery dates for scheduling and planning
  • Freight Tracking, updating tracking sheets with shipment details to ensure supply coordination

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in procurement or logistics administration
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Ostendo experience is highly regarded)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
