We are a large transport company seeking an experiencedLogistics & Warehouse Operator to join our growing team in South Australia.

With proven experience within the warehousing, road transport and logistics industry and a sound knowledge of WHS, NHVL & CoR regulations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations for our clients.

The Role:

In this role some of your duties may include:

  • Support all South Australian operations including cross dock, warehouse, logistics and forklift requirements.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints and other matters efficiently.
  • Ensure regular checks and maintenance of office and technical equipment, replacing defective or hazardous items as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Work, Health and Safety (including food safety), HACCP, NHVL & CoR regulations.
  • Provide relief support to other staff when necessary.
  • Loading/unloading trucks.
  • Other relevant duties as required.

Essential Criteria:

To be considered for our permanent opportunity, you must meet the following selection criteria:

  • Current forklift licence.
  • Sound experience within the warehousing, transport and logistics industry.
  • Sound supporting administrative skills; reading run sheets, preparing documentation for delivery.
  • High-level communication skills (written and oral).
  • Able to provide support after hours when necessary.
