About the role

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, this role will lead the delivery of key data and AI initiatives across the business. Working closely with stakeholders in operations, finance and executive leadership, you'll play a critical role in embedding data-driven solutions.

Duties/Key responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end project management for data and AI initiatives
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to define project scope and requirements
  • Manage timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
  • Track and report on project outcomes and ROI

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience managing complex data or AI projects
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics and machine learning applications
  • Background working in or with Property or asset-intensive industries preferred
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
